Fees and Charges
Auction Bidders charge a flat fee of $1500 + GST if the property is successfully purchased by you:
- Prior to auction
- At auction
- At post auction negotiations
- Or if Auction Bidders attend the auction on your behalf
If the property is sold prior to Auction and you are not the successful purchaser, an administration fee of $250 +GST may be charged.
Payments must be made prior to Auction
