- We concentrate on the auction process: negotiating prior to if necessary, attending the auction and bidding on your behalf and if the property is passed in, negotiating thereafter. If you have bought property before, you would be aware that this can be time-consuming, intense and draining. For busy people, this is extremely distracting. We can act as your representative and handle the process for you.
- If you are physically unable to or prefer not to be at the auction, we are here to be your representative. With knowledge of the auction laws and your written instructions, we can avoid putting you in a financially or legally precarious position, which others may unwittingly do.
- We are aware that maintaining your privacy may be tantamount to negotiating a fairer market deal. We must however, comply with the disclosure requirements on the day of the Auction as per the Property, Stock and Business Agents’ Act.
